Passed away peacefully at home on 21st January 2025 aged 92 years.
Jack, beloved husband of the late Anne (Nancy), loving dad of John and Joan, dear father-in-law to Susan and devoted grandad to Molly, Tom, John and his wife Chanice and great grandad to Freddy, Luna and Pippa.
Jack will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
Please meet for Funeral Service at St Barnabas Church Rowlands Gill on Wednesday 12th February at 10.45am, followed by burial at Hookergate Cemetery.
